Dave can work alongside your staff, coordinating your program for you or running a hiking or paddling activity as one aspect of a larger program. GOGI can provide additional guides when required, or if your staff have sufficient skills and experience they can act as guide, assistants or supervising adults.
Planning assistance - Risk Management, Logistics, Emergency and Contingency Planning
Dave can help you comply with the relevant standards and guidelines for your program. GOGI seeks to comply with the Good Practice Guides (GPG) within the Australian Adventure Activity Standards, specifically the Core GPG, Camping GPG and GPGs for paddling and bushwalking. We are familiar with the WA Department of Education Guidelines for Recreation and Outdoor Education Activities, and can assist schools to comply with these where applicable.
Where GOGI leads an activity, a Program Plan will be developed that covers logistics, equipment, emergency response and contingency planning for that activity.
